Recently УДП «Slonimsky winery» has let out a new series of the flavoured vinegar with natural extracts of grasses and spices: «To meat», «To fish», "Salad", "Italian" in the PET-BOTTLE in volume 0,25л. In the long term development of manufacture of balsam and apple vinegar. Vinegar at the enterprise is issued under a trade mark "DelGusto" that in translation from Italian means "taste".
УДП «Slonimsky winery» − the constant participant of every possible competitions and exhibitions. The collection of awards of the enterprise regularly replenishes. Recently spent competition-tasting "IS dense" has brought to factory new victories. The purpose of this action is assistance to increase of competitiveness of production, to its advancement in the internal and external markets, to introduction of modern packing technologies of world level, manufacture stimulation импортозамещающих foodstuff.
Competition conditions guarantee objectivity of accepted decisions. The competent jury estimates structure and a harmony органолептических characteristics of the product represented under a certain code, and puts estimations on which sum the decision on award of awards is made. The assortment of the products is rather rich and diverse: "Chardonne", "Aligoté", "Pinot Fran", "Kagor", "Kadarka" and other. The enterprise has signed contracts of sale and delivery with factories of Moldova, Romania, Ukraine and Spain. Wines produced at those factories are delivered in tanks to the Slonim Wine Factory, where they are bottled. The enterprise is constantly diversifying raw materials markets and sales areas.
